Terms of Use — Local Plus
Last updated: 5 September 2026 · Made by KiraVerse · support@kirazone.xyz
These terms are written to be read by the person using the app, not by a lawyer. Where a sentence could be read two ways, the narrower reading is the one we mean. They sit alongside the Privacy Policy, which describes what leaves your phone; this page describes what each of us is agreeing to do.
The short version
Local Plus is a till. Local+ is a place customers find shops. We provide the software. We do not sell the food, we do not deliver it, we do not employ the drivers, and we are not a party to anything you sell.
- Your records live on your phone. Keeping a backup is your job, and we cannot restore one for you.
- What you publish to Local+ is yours, and you are responsible for it being true.
- Paid plans and coins are bought from Apple or Google, cancelled with Apple or Google, and refunded by Apple or Google.
- If you break the law with these apps, we will stop providing them to you.
1. Who these terms are between
They are between you and KiraVerse.
"Local Plus" is the merchant app — the till, the stock book, the reports. "Local+" is the customer app, where a published shop can be found and ordered from. Both are covered here.
If you use Local Plus on behalf of a business, you are agreeing to these terms for that business and you are saying you are allowed to.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and old enough for the app store you installed from.
2. Your account, and using the app without one
An account is optional for the till. Local Plus sells, counts stock and reports with no account and no internet connection. An account exists so that photo coins survive a lost phone, and so a second phone can join the same shop.
An account is required for Local+ ordering, because an order has to reach a merchant.
Keep your sign-in and your staff PINs to yourself. Anything done on your device with your PINs is treated as done by you. Tell us if you think somebody else has got in.
3. Your records are yours, and the backup is yours
Everything the till records — sales, stock, costs, expenses, staff, reports — is written to your own device. We hold no copy and cannot read it.
This means we cannot recover it for you. If the phone is lost, broken or wiped, and you have no backup, the records are gone. There is nothing on our side to restore from. Local Plus can export a backup file at any time; where that file is kept, and how often you make one, is your decision.
You own your data. We claim nothing in it.
4. Publishing a shop to Local+
Publishing is off until you switch it on. When you do, your shop's name, its position on the map, your opening hours, and the menu items you have chosen — their names, prices and photos — become visible to anyone using Local+.
When you publish, you are telling us:
- The prices are the prices you will honour.
- The items are things you are lawfully allowed to sell.
- The photos are yours to use, or you have permission to use them.
- Your shop details are true.
You can hide the shop again at any time, and it stops being visible.
You are the seller. An order placed through Local+ is a contract between you and your customer. We are not a party to it. We do not take a commission on it, we do not hold the money, and we do not decide whether it is accepted. Complaints about the food, the price, the wait or the refund are between the two of you — though we will remove a listing that breaks these terms.
5. What you may not do
Do not use these apps to sell anything you are not lawfully allowed to sell, to impersonate somebody else, to publish somebody else's photographs as your own, to harass anyone, to break into the service or another shop's data, or to work around a limit or a payment.
Do not use Local+ to publish a shop that does not exist.
If you do any of that we may hide the storefront, suspend the account, or stop providing the service, and where the law requires it we will report it.
6. Reviews, reports and moderation
Customers can review a shop, and either side can report a review, an order or a listing.
Reviews are the reviewer's own opinion. We do not write them, and we do not remove one because it is unflattering. We do remove reviews that break these terms — abuse, impersonation, or something that has nothing to do with the shop.
Where content is produced by an AI tool inside the app, you can report it from inside the app without leaving it.
7. Paid plans, coins, and who takes your money
Apple and Google take the payment, not us. Subscriptions and coin packs are bought through the app store you installed from, charged to that account, and governed by that store's terms as well as these.
- Cancelling is done in your Apple or Google account. Removing the app does not cancel anything, and neither can we from our side.
- Renewal is automatic until you cancel. The store tells you the price and the period before you buy, and the app shows you the same figures.
- Refunds are Apple's and Google's to give. Ask them. We do not hold the money and cannot return it.
- Prices are set in the store and shown to you in your own currency before you are charged. The app never quotes a price it has not been given.
- Coins do not expire. Coins you have bought stay yours. Every action that spends coins tells you the cost before it spends them.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid period unless you cancel before the trial ends. The store's own rules on that apply.
If a payment is reversed or a subscription lapses, the paid features stop; your records do not go anywhere.
8. Transport bookings
Where transport is offered, the driver is an independent operator. We do not employ drivers, we do not run a fleet, we do not dispatch anyone, and we take no commission on the fare. The fare and the platform fee are shown before a booking is confirmed. The ride is between the passenger and the operator.
9. What the software does and does not promise
We work hard to make the till correct, and the arithmetic is tested. Even so, the software is provided as it is. Check your own figures before you rely on them for tax, for a loan, or for a decision that matters. A till is a tool, not an accountant.
We do not promise the apps will be available without interruption, that a network feature will work where there is no network, or that every device will behave the same.
To the extent the law where you live allows it, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or losses that follow from using or not being able to use the apps. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed by agreement, and in some countries that is a great deal — those rights stand whatever this section says.
10. Our software stays ours
The apps, their design, and their code are ours. Using them does not transfer that. Do not copy, resell, or take the app apart to build a competing one.
Your content — your menu, your photos, your shop details — stays yours. By publishing to Local+ you give us permission to show it to customers in Local+, which is the only thing that permission is for, and it ends when you stop publishing.
11. Ending it
You may stop at any time: hide your storefront, delete your account from inside the app, or remove the apps.
Deleting your account removes what we hold. It does not delete the records on your own device, and it does not cancel a subscription bought from Apple or Google — do that in the store account.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering a service. If we stop offering something you have paid for, we will say so in the app before it stops.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that affects what you are agreeing to, the app will tell you in the app before the change takes effect — not only here.
